- Review and process basic customer transactions
- Investigate and resolve data or account discrepancies
- Input, edit and maintain customer account information
- Escalate issues in a timely manner to a supervisor – when unable to resolve/ understand customer request
- Serve as a liaison between company client, end customers and various other stakeholders
- Demonstrate positive interpersonal and customer relationship skills
- Document all activities and actions required to successfully resolve customer issues
- Always provide efficient and courteous service to customers
- Apply in-depth knowledge of systems and operations in support of assigned customer group
- Follow policies and procedures to meet all client, NTT DATA and regulatory requirements, related to billing and payment, release of information, record retention, privacy, and confidentiality
