Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Bangalore The selected candidate will be responsible for daily sales and marketing tasks which include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships,
generating leads, conducting market research, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, tasks will include training current sales team members and managing overall sales operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
- Ability to provide Training to sales team members
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in the packaging industry is a plus
