Role Description
The Service Advisors/Technicians (Gurudev Skoda) role at Gurudev Motors is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. Team members will greet customers, understand vehicle concerns, and document service requests accurately, ensuring transparent communication on repair needs,



timelines, and costs. Service Advisors will coordinate with the workshop team, schedule service appointments, prepare job cards, manage service follow-ups, and support aftersales processes to drive customer satisfaction. Technicians will perform diagnostics, routine maintenance, and repair work according to manufacturer standards, maintain service records, and adhere to safety and quality procedures. All team members will collaborate closely with colleagues, uphold brand guidelines, and contribute to a customer-focused service environment.
