Qualification

 B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering

 MSP

 Primavera P6 Certification preferred

Experience

 10–15 years in residential high-rise projects

 Robust exposure to planning, billing, quantity surveying, and cost control

Job Purpose

To manage project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, quantity estimation,

billing, and cost control to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and maintain the project master schedule in Primavera P6/MS

Project.

 Prepare weekly, monthly, and look-ahead schedules.

 Monitor SPI/CPI and project productivity.





 Prepare BOQs and quantity reconciliation reports.

 Verify contractor bills and certify work quantities.

 Monitor procurement schedules and long-lead materials.

 Prepare cash flow forecasts and cost reports.

 Support change management and variation claims.

 Prepare management dashboards and MIS reports.

 Coordinate with commercial, procurement, and execution teams.
