Benchmark Developers is looking for a Process Co-ordinator – MIS to monitor internal processes, track tasks through MIDAP, coordinate between departments, and maintain proper documentation and MIS records.

Key Responsibilities

Process Coordination:-
- Monitor departmental tasks and follow up for timely completion.
- Update and track activities through MIDAP.
- Operate and manage MIDAP software for daily task tracking, workflow monitoring, and performance management
- Follow up with departments, employees, engineers, and site teams for timely completion of assigned tasks
- Visit the project sites for coordination, operational review, and task monitoring as well as other sites.
- Coordinate with departments, management, and site teams.
- Identify delays, maintain pending-task reports, and escalate unresolved matters.
- Support implementation of systems, workflows, and standard processes.
- Conduct site or departmental visits whenever required.

Documentation & MIS:-
- Receive and allot all incoming documents to the concerned department or person.




- Record each document manually and digitally in the relevant register and Google Sheet.
- Scan, upload, and link documents to the respective entries in the Google Sheet.
- File physical documents in their respective files with proper indexing and reference numbers.
- Maintain reference sheets, file lists, document registers, trackers, and movement records.
- Organize departmental data and documents systematically on Google Drive.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and management summaries.
- Ensure that all records are accurate, updated, traceable, and easily retrievable.

Candidate Profile:-
- · Graduate in any discipline
- · 3–5 years’ experience in Process Coordination /MIS / Operations / Administration.
- · Candidates staying 45 minutes to 1 hour from Sector V, Salt Lake City are preferred.
- · Age - 28 to 40 years preferred
- · Immediate joiners preferred
- · Solid knowledge of Advanced Excel, Google Sh
