Role & Responsibilities
- Identify, track and evaluate relevant government tenders related to cables, conductors, power transmission, EPC and electrical infrastructure projects.
- Independently manage the complete tender lifecycle from tender identification to final submission and post-bid follow-up.
- Handle tendering on GeM, CPPP and various Central & State Government e-Procurement portals.
- Study tender documents, NITs, RFPs, BOQs, technical specifications and eligibility criteria in detail.
- Prepare and submit technically compliant and commercially accurate bids within stipulated timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams including Sales, Technical, Accounts, Commercial and Management for tender documentation and approvals.
- Ensure timely preparation of EMD, Tender Fee, BGs, affidavits, undertakings, declarations and other statutory documents.
- Prepare tender checklists and ensure complete compliance with all technical, commercial and statutory requirements.
- Monitor bid status, corrigenda, pre-bid clarifications, technical evaluation, financial opening and award status.




- Handle tender-related queries, clarifications, negotiations and post-submission follow-up with concerned departments.
- Maintain proper records and MIS of participated tenders, bid status, results and upcoming opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timely submission of all tender-related documentation.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of relevant experience is mandatory in tendering/bid management in the Cables, Conductors, Power Transmission, Electrical Infrastructure or EPC sector.
- Solid hands-on experience in GeM and Central & State Government e-Procurement portals.
- Must have independently handled the complete tendering process from tender identification to bid submission and follow-up.
- Strong knowledge of government tender procedures, NITs, RFPs, technical specifications, BOQs and compliance requirements.
- Experience in preparation and management of EMD,
