Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to develop new business opportunities, visit customers regularly, generate enquiries, convert leads into sales, and maintain long-term relationships with B2B clients.



The ideal candidate should possess robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills along with a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits, market surveys, referrals, and cold calling.
- Visit construction sites, EPC companies, contractors, builders, fabricators, manufacturers, and industrial customers to generate business.
- Promote the company's steel products and identify customer requirements.
- Generate qualified enquiries and convert them into confirmed orders.
- Achieve monthly sales targets, customer acquisition goals, and revenue objectives.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline within the assigned territory.
