Role Summary

We are looking for an HR professional with
2–6 years of experience
in
HR Operations, HR MIS, HR Analytics, or Talent Acquisition Operations
. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong analytical abilities, and experience in preparing HR dashboards, reports, and data-driven insights. Exposure to automation tools and technology-enabled HR processes will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain
HR dashboards, MIS reports, and recruitment analytics
.
- Analyze recruitment and HR data to generate meaningful insights for management.
- Track key recruitment metrics such as:
- Time-to-Hire
- Time-to-Fill
- Offer Acceptance Ratio
- Joining Ratio
- Source Effectiveness
- Recruitment Funnel
- Develop periodic HR reports and presentations for leadership review.
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timely maintenance of HR data.




- Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and HR teams for data collection and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Support HR projects related to process improvement, automation, and digital transformation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely updates.
- Assist in HR Operations and Talent Acquisition reporting activities.
