Job Description BlueCrest ADF Workflow Engineer (Azure Integration & Document Processing)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced BlueCrest ADF Workflow Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale document processing workflows and Azure-based data integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure integration services, and BlueCrest/Pitney Bowes document processing platforms.

This role will focus on high-volume batch processing, workflow orchestration, print and mail automation, and seamless integration between enterprise systems and customer communication management platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow & Data Pipeline Development
- Design, develop, and maintain Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Logic Apps workflows for document ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
- Build scalable and reliable data pipelines supporting high-volume document generation and distribution processes.
- Develop end-to-end workflow orchestration across enterprise applications and BlueCrest document processing systems.




- Implement monitoring, logging, and performance optimization for production workflows.

BlueCrest Integration & Document Processing
- Integrate Azure-based workflows with BlueCrest (Pitney Bowes) print and mail processing platforms.
- Automate print file generation, job scheduling, output routing, and document delivery processes.
- Support document batching, sorting, postal optimization, and output management workflows.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of large-scale transactional communications.

Azure Integration & Cloud Solutions
- Develop and maintain integrations using Azure Data Factory, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Data Lake.
- Implement ETL/ELT processes and data transformation frameworks for structured and unstructured data.
- Integrate enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, and core business platforms with document processing solutions.
