Role Description
The JNPT Operations role is a full-time, on-site position based in Belāpur. The role involves overseeing daily operations related to JNPT container movement, coordinating with port authorities, transport partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo handling and dispatch. Responsibilities include monitoring shipment schedules, tracking vehicles, resolving operational issues, and maintaining accurate documentation and records.



The role also requires regular communication with customers to provide status updates, support sales and operations teams with planning, and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards. The individual will contribute to improving process efficiency, cost control, and service quality in line with company objectives.
