Eastern Estate Construction & Developers is a real estate development company operating across Odisha, Jharkhand, Bihar and West Bengal, with a flagship residential and commercial development on the Bhubaneswar–Cuttack Highway alongside active projects in Ranchi, Muzaffarpur and Bihta.

This is a build role. You will design and run the finance function end to end, reporting directly to the promoter, with the authority to structure it as you think right.

What you will own:

Monthly and annual financials for the company, and project-wise profitability for every development.

The complete lender relationship. CMA data, stock and book-debt statements, drawdown requests, end-use certificates and periodic compliance to term lenders and working capital bankers. You will sit across the table from the bank on your own and answer for the numbers.

Cash flow forecasting and fund planning across a multi-project, multi-state footprint where construction spend, buyer collections and debt servicing have to be balanced month by month.

supervision and assessment of the statutory auditor, internal auditor, cost accountant and tax consultants. You will decide who stays, who is replaced, and hold each of them to a deliverable calendar rather than chasing them at year end.

Statutory compliance across GST, TDS, income tax, RERA financial reporting and quarterly project account certification, including the escrow discipline RERA requires.

Costing and margin control — budget versus actual at project level, procurement and site spend analysis, and flagging cost overruns while they can still be corrected.

What we require: Chartered Accountant, with CMA or MBA Finance an advantage. Eight years minimum post-qualification, with at least three in real estate development, construction or infrastructure. You must have personally handled bank submissions and audit closure without hiding behind a consultant. You must be comfortable building reporting structures rather than inheriti
