Key Responsibilities: Lead Handling & Calling
- Make outbound calls to business owners, founders, and decision-makers
- Handle inbound leads from Meta ads, Google ads, websites & referrals
- Qualify leads based on budget, requirement, and decision authority

Sales & Conversion
- Pitch digital marketing services such as:
- Social Media Marketing
- Performance Ads (Meta / Google)
- Branding & Creative Services
- Website & Lead Generation
- Close deals directly
- Achieve daily call, follow-up, and monthly revenue targets

Required Skills & Qualifications: Mandatory Skills
- Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi/Kannada preferred)
- Strong persuasion & negotiation ability
- Valuable listing and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with targets and performance pressure

Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹5000- ₹10,000per month
- Incentives: High-performance commission per closure
- Bonuses: Monthly & quarterly performance bonuses
