Your impact

Review and validate invoices for accuracy and compliance with internal policies before payment execution.

Void incorrect or duplicate payment entries in Oracle R12 as per defined procedures.

Manually initiate wire transfers on the bank platform, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Maintain detailed records of voided payments and manual wire transactions for audit and reconciliation purposes.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve payment-related discrepancies or queries.

Ensure all disbursement activities adhere to company controls and regulatory requirements.





Support month-end and year-end closing activities by providing necessary payment data.

Collaborate with finance and treasury teams to ensure smooth payment operations.

Manage and respond to payment-related queries via email, including providing accurate status updates and resolving

issues in a timely manner.

Oracle R12 experience is mandatory; familiarity with bank portals and wire transfer processes is highly preferred.
