Job Summary

Allied Auto Agencies is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Manager to lead the dealership's after-sales service operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing workshop activities, achieving service revenue targets, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction, and maintaining Royal Enfield service standards. The role requires robust leadership, technical understanding, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the workshop and service department.
- Achieve monthly service revenue, labour, and workshop productivity targets.
- Supervise Service Advisors, Technicians, Floor Supervisors, Washing Staff, and Support Staff.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery with high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor workshop efficiency, technician productivity, and turnaround time (TAT).




- Resolve escalated customer complaints and ensure prompt issue resolution.
- Coordinate with the Parts Department to ensure timely availability of spare parts.
- Ensure compliance with Royal Enfield service processes, SOPs, and dealership standards.
- Monitor warranty claims and ensure accurate documentation.
- Conduct daily team meetings, review KPIs, and implement improvement plans.
- Train, coach, and evaluate the performance of service staff.
- Maintain workshop discipline, safety, housekeeping, and 5S standards.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to management.

Required Qualifications.
- 5–6 years of experience in automobile dealership service operations.
- Experience in a Royal Enfield or other two-wheeler dealership is preferred.
- Strong leadership, customer handling, and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of workshop operations, DMS, warranty processes, and MS Office.
