Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Corporate Trainer to train new joiners in the Customer Care and Sales teams on product knowledge, processes, and customer handling. The role will also work with the Call Auditor to identify performance gaps through call audit reports and implement corrective training and coaching programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct product, process, and customer handling training for recent joiners in Customer Care and Sales.
- Conduct refresher and performance-based training sessions as required.
- Review call audit reports provided by the Call Auditor to identify knowledge, communication, and performance gaps.
- Develop corrective training plans and provide coaching to improve employee performance.
- Conduct assessments and role plays to evaluate product knowledge and training effectiveness.
- Maintain training records and track employee performance after training.
- Update training content based on product, process, and business requirements.
- Coordinate with the Call Auditor and team managers to maintain quality and performance standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 25 years of experience in corporate training, sales training, or customer service training.
- Experience in training Customer Care, Tele-calling, Field sales or Inside sales teams.
- Strong product training, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze call audit reports and identify performance gaps.
