About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in recruitment, a good understanding of various job portals, and the ability to support day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with candidates, managing hiring processes, and contributing to overall HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct telephonic screening interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
- Schedule interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, offer acceptance, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Post and manage job advertisements on various job portals.




- Support employee onboarding and documentation.
- Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with internal teams to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Indeed, Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
- Ability to screen and assess candidate profiles effectively.
- Basic knowledge of HR operations, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
