Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Executive with a background in the Tea Garden or Tea Manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting operations, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, vendor payments, and financial record maintenance while ensuring statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain books of accounts and daily accounting transactions.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare sales, purchase, and journal entries.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Process vendor payments and customer receipts.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and E-way Bills (if applicable).
- Assist in monthly and yearly financial closing.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements.




- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

Requirements
- 3–6 years of accounting experience in a Tea Garden or Tea Manufacturing company.
- Solid knowledge of GST, TDS, bookkeeping, and BRS.
- Experience with Tally ERP/Tally Prime or other accounting software.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Understanding of vendor reconciliation and financial reporting.
- B.Com/M.Com preferred.
- Good communication and analytical skills

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
