About the Role

• Source, screen, interview, and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and non-exempt roles to exceed the client's needs and expectations

• Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate

• Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates





• Tracking and monitoring confidential candidate information

• Overseeing the background and pre-employment screening process

• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and facilitate positive candidate experiences

• Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client standards

• Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy performance as per team requirements

• Prompt response to queries from Internal or External stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in an RPO, staffing, or consultancy setup.

• Experience in end-to-end hiring lifecycle.

• Must have recruited for
IT, BFSI, Finance, Pharma, Life Sciences, or Medical/Healthcare
roles.

• Solid sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
