Your Tasks And Responsibilities
- Responsible for planning and execution of ‘New Product Launch Plan’ ensuring on-time launch as per established goals, while fully aligned with manufacturing plants, Quality team, Third Party vendor, R&D;, MSTG, Regulatory & Marketing
- The person must enable, identify, record and communicate launch program decisions, issues, risks,



mitigation plan and other key aspects of the launch program in a timely and effective manner
- NPLR (New Product Launch Requirement) issuance & material planning based on it
- Close coordination and follow up for the status of product filing, DCGI / DML permission, Artwork approval, Analytical Method transfer, Tech. transfer, Third party product dossier evaluation, RM-PM procurement, Engineering Procurement, CMO plant audit & Launch batch scheduling
- Facilitate for Costing and Margin Working to finalize MRP and GC prior to commercial manufacturing
- Manages launch project issues - identifies risk and works with CFT towards risks mitigation and deliverables. Must be able to facilitate discussions and bring about consensus between all stakeholders
- Monitors progress, prepares and update project launch dash board for management meetings
