JD-Sales & Client Relations Executive
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and customer-focused Sales & Client
Relations Executive to drive the end-to-end sales of BASIL's machine business. This role
requires someone who can confidently manage the complete sales lifecyclefrom lead
generation to deal closurewhile ensuring seamless coordination with clients, vendors, and
internal teams for smooth post-sales operations.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, relationship builder, and problem solver
who can manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. End-to-End Machine Sales
Generate and qualify leads through various channels
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable machine solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
Negotiate and close sales while achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and follow-up records.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing
clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for machine-related queries.
Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns by coordinating with internal
teams.
Conduct regular follow-ups to improve customer satisfaction and identify
upselling opportunities.
3. Backend Sales Coordination
Coordinate internally for machine deployment, installation, and onboarding.
Ensure all documentation, agreements, invoices, and order confirmations are
completed accurately.
Track installation timelines and ensure smooth execution.
Maintain client databases, contracts, and sales records.
4. Supply Chain & Operations Coordination
Coordinate with the operations and supply chain teams to ensure timely
dispatch of machines and consumables.
Monitor inventory requirements for machine-related products.
Track deliveries and ensure timely replenishment
