Work Experience
- Minimum 2 years; Maximum 4 years

Job Responsibilities
- Review single-line diagrams, control schematics, cable schedules, and electrical load calculations for conformity
- Inspect and commission MCCs, VFDs, transformers, switchgear, and power distribution networks
- Validate PLC/SCADA configurations; develop and test control logic for feedstock dosing, biogas compression, and safety interlocks
- Troubleshoot instrumentation faults (pressure, temperature, flow sensors) and implement calibration protocols
- Monitor power quality, harmonics, and grounding performance; recommend corrective measures for voltage drops and transients




- Analyse operational data to optimize electrical energy consumption and reduce reactive power penalties
- Lead electrical preventive maintenance programs, including thermographic scanning and relay testing
- Enforce electrical safety practices, permit-to-work procedures, and incident investigation protocols
- Prepare comprehensive electrical performance reports and present recommendations to senior management

Software Knowledge

Key Skills/Competencies
- B.E. / B.Tech. in Electrical / Instrumentation & Control Engineering
- Minimum 2+ years’ work experience in industrial electrical or control systems engineering at any processing / manufacturing plant; Mandatory experience in Biogas / Effluent Treatment / Waste Management.
- Demonstrated success in commissioning electrical & automation system
- Solid understanding of power systems, motor control & automation architecture; Hands-on experience with PLCs and SCADA platforms
