Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Junior Training Executive to support the Learning & Development team in planning, coordinating, and executing employee training programs. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about employee learning, training coordination, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule induction and training programs.
- Prepare training calendars, attendance sheets, and training materials.
- Arrange training venues, meeting links, and other logistics.
- Maintain training records, trackers, and employee learning data.
- Assist trainers during classroom and virtual training sessions.
- Collect and compile training feedback from participants.
- Prepare training reports and MIS using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding training nominations.
- Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Ensure training documentation is maintained accurately and on time.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Valuable communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Sheets.
- Willingness to travel, if required.
