Plants Basket is one of the fastest-growing landscaping companies in Bengaluru, specializing in landscape design, execution, garden maintenance, irrigation solutions, and green space development. We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented Admin cum HR Executive to support our growing team and ensure smooth day-to-day administrative and HR operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee databases.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for current employees.
- Assist with payroll inputs and statutory compliance documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
- Address employee queries and coordinate HR-related activities.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented effectively.





Administration
- Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Maintain office inventory and procure office supplies.
- Manage travel, accommodation, and meeting arrangements when required.
- Handle incoming calls, correspondence, and office documentation.
- Maintain company records, contracts, and administrative files.
- Coordinate with different departments to support operational requirements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR and administration (freshers with excellent organizational skills may also apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
