Job Summary

The Export Sales Manager – Non-Basmati Rice will be responsible for developing international markets, acquiring new buyers, managing export sales, and driving revenue growth. The candidate should have extensive knowledge of global rice markets, export documentation, international trade regulations, pricing strategies, and distributor management.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop new international markets for Non-Basmati Rice.
- Identify and onboard importers, wholesalers, distributors, and institutional buyers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with overseas customers.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets.




- Handle RFQs, quotations, negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Prepare competitive pricing based on market trends and export costs.
- Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, finance, and documentation teams for smooth order execution.
- Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely deliveries.
- Participate in international trade fairs, buyer-seller meets, and export exhibitions.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging markets.
- Analyze competitor activities, pricing, and customer demand.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and export MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
