Job Summary

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Financial Modelling Analyst / Senior Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), Financial Modelling, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Business Finance within an IT/ITES organization.

The candidate must possess strong expertise in developing financial models, analyzing business performance, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial planning. Hands-on experience with Power BI is mandatory, along with advanced Microsoft Excel skills. The ideal candidate should also be adaptable to AI-driven finance tools and automation,



with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Candidates based in Nashik or willing to relocate to Nashik are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Modelling
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic business decisions.
- Build three-statement financial models (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow).
- Prepare revenue, cost, profitability, pricing, and investment models.
- Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and what-if analysis.
- Support business case preparation and financial feasibility studies.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
- Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Perform variance analysis (Budget vs Actual vs Forecast) and provide actionable insights.
- Analyze financial and operational KPIs to support business performance.
