Role & responsibilities

A. Project Planning & Management
- Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and work programs.
- Allocate resourcesincluding labour, materials, and machineryin alignment with project needs.
- Develop project execution strategies to meet deadlines and budgetary constraints.
- Conduct risk assessments and plan mitigation measures.

B. Site Execution & Supervision
- Ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and labour teams.
- Maintain strict control over quality of construction, workmanship, and site conditions.
- Ensure timely availability of materials and monitor stock levels.

C. Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with architects, consultants, structural engineers, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Organize and participate in project review meetings.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding project progress, challenges, and requirements.
- Coordinate with clients to understand expectations and ensure project satisfaction.

D. Quality,



Safety & Compliance
- Implement and oversee quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) processes.
- Enforce site safety standards and ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audit site activities for safety and quality.
- Ensure compliance with government rules, local regulations, and environmental guidelines.

E. Cost Control & Documentation
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and reduce wastage.
- Verify contractor bills, work orders, and material approvals.
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, MIS reports, and site documentation.
- Track project timelines and ensure scheduling adherence.

F. Problem-Solving & Decision Making
- Identify site issues, delays, or conflicts and take corrective actions promptly.
- Resolve technical and operational issues with practical and cost-effective solutions.
