- Screen and organise client financial data (P&L;, balance sheets, projections, MIS); flag gaps before senior review
- Maintain deal-wise document repositories; track and follow up on pending items
- Coordinate with clients on data and document requirements via email, phone, and WhatsApp
- Circulate teasers and financial packages to banks, NBFCs, AIFs, and PE funds as directed
- Track lender/investor responses, queries, and term sheets; maintain updated status logs
- Liaise with CAs, legal counsels, and valuers on document flow
- Prepare concise weekly status updates for management on deal progress and pending actions
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
