The Team

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to manage, enhance, and support our Salesforce platform. The role involves platform administration, user support, workflow automation, data management, reporting, and collaboration with business and technical teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions.

How you will contribute
- Administer Salesforce users, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security.
- Configure custom objects, fields,



page layouts, record types, validation rules, and Lightning pages.
- Design and maintain Flows, approval processes, and other declarative automations.
- Manage data quality through imports, exports, deduplication, and governance.
- Develop reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshooting, and training.
- Support Salesforce releases, testing, and integrations with enterprise systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning and Flow Builder.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, reporting, and data management.
- Experience with Data Loader and Microsoft Excel.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder
