Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Voice Process role based in Chennai. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries, and providing clear, accurate information to stakeholders within the healthcare revenue cycle.



Day-to-day responsibilities include verifying and updating account details, documenting interactions in internal systems, and following standardized processes to resolve issues or escalate cases when needed. The Voice Process professional will adhere to quality, compliance, and privacy guidelines, meet performance metrics, and collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call handling and customer satisfaction. The role may also support process training, share feedback from callers, and suggest improvements to workflows and communication scripts.
