Role & responsibilities

Location: Chandigarh - Mohali

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Experience Centre Head to lead our Chandigarh/Mohali Experience Centre. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing the overall Profit & Loss (P&L;), leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience while establishing Spacewood as the preferred modular furniture brand in the region.

* Drive business growth and establish Spacewood as the leading modular Interior brand in the assigned region.

* Own and manage the Experience Centre's Profit & Loss (P&L;).

* Lead and mentor Design, Sales, and Project Execution teams to achieve business objectives.

* Develop and execute market expansion and sales strategies.

* Ensure exceptional customer experience throughout the sales and project lifecycle.

* Monitor operational efficiency and achieve revenue and profitability targets.

* Build strong relationships with customers, architects, interior designers, and channel partners.

* Analyze market trends, competition,



and customer feedback to improve business performance.

* Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and operational processes.

Experience Required

* 15+ years of overall professional experience.

* Minimum 35 years of independently managing a retail store or experience centre with complete P&L; responsibility.

* Prior experience in modular Interiors, home decor, industry is mandatory.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

* MBA is preferred.
