The Director of Planning & Development will serve as the strategic lead for the organizations construction and infrastructure portfolio in Pune. This role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of high-value projects, from initial planning and feasibility studies to final execution and delivery. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, and internal technical teams to ensure that projects are delivered within defined timelines and quality benchmarks. As a key member of the leadership team, your primary impact will be driving operational excellence, mitigating project risks, and ensuring that the company’s infrastructure footprint continues to expand sustainably.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the end-to-end planning and development lifecycle for large-scale infrastructure projects to ensure alignment with organizational growth targets.
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers and project managers to streamline construction workflows and improve site productivity.
- Establish robust project governance frameworks to monitor progress, manage budgets,
