Candidate will be based at the corporate office handling Cooperate, Plant HR of a pharmaceutical company at Mumbai location and will be responsible for the following points:

Key Responsibility:

Candidate will be responsible for setting up HR Department based at Cooperate office at Mumbai and R&D; Centre at Mumbai.

Candidate will be responsible for preparing and implementing all HR Policies and SOP Progressives HR Policies.

Candidate will develop and implement PMS developing good organization culture and at all Location.

Candidate will also focus on L&D; and Organization Development at all locations and review and bring change in all exerting formats system and practices.

Candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives and act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insights on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.

Candidate will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, including recruitment, on boarding, payroll, benefits administration,



and compliance with labour laws, HR Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee data management and reporting.

Candidate will be responsible for implementing HR analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Candidate will be responsible for coordination for training & development, also identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.

Candidate will be responsible for addressing and resolving employee grievances and conflicts in a timely and effective manner and also implementing initiatives to enhance employee morale, engagement, and retention.

Required Candidate Profile:

MSW / MBA in HR having 15 to 20 years of experience in handling Corporate , Plant, HR role in a pharmaceutical company.
