Job Purpose

The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating end-to-end operational activities across Logistics, Inventory Management, Production Operations, Quality Control, and Warehouse Management. The role ensures seamless movement of materials and finished goods, adherence to quality standards, accurate inventory records, effective production processes, and timely order fulfillment.

The Operations Executive plays a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, reducing process bottlenecks, optimizing resources, and ensuring that all operational activities align with company policies, customer expectations, and regulatory requirements.

Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Logistics & Dispatch Management
- Plan and coordinate daily dispatch schedules to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor inbound and outbound logistics activities.
- Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and warehouse personnel for smooth movement of goods.
- Ensure proper documentation for dispatches, including invoices,



e-way bills, delivery challans, and transport records.
- Track shipments and resolve transportation-related issues.
- Optimize logistics costs without compromising delivery commitments.
- Monitor return shipments and reverse logistics processes.

2. Inventory & Stock Management
- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software/manual registers.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure optimum inventory availability.
- Coordinate with procurement for replenishment of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Identify slow-moving, non-moving, damaged, or obsolete stock.
- Conduct periodic physical stock audits and cycle counts.
- Ensure stock accuracy between physical inventory and system inventory.
- Minimize stock losses due to pilferage, damage, or operational errors.
