Role & responsibilities

Job description:
- *The Site DGM will be responsible for daily in office execution, managing Engineers & labours, ensuring quality control, maintaining site safety, and ensuring construction activities are completed as per drawings, specifications, and timelines.*
- *Supervise and coordinate day-to-day site activities.*
- *Ensure construction work is progressing according to design, drawings, and railway standards.*
- *Oversee planning, execution, and progress monitoring of a 500 Cr. railway station redevelopment project under Indian Railways.*
- *Coordinate design, construction, and inspection teams to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.*
- *Review and approve project schedules, resource plans, and cost control measures.*
- *Liaise with Indian Railways officials, consultants, and subcontractors for progress and compliance reviews.*
- *Implement risk mitigation strategies to ensure project delivery within defined timelines and budgets.*
- *Supervised multidisciplinary teams handling design, civil works, MEP, and architecture coordination.*




- *Reviewed contractor submissions, BOQs, and progress bills in compliance with Indian Railway standards.*
- *Ensured quality assurance and safety protocols during station modernization and infrastructure up gradation.*
- *Reported directly to senior management and government authorities, presenting project status, KPIs, and risk assessments.*
- *Platform with amenities, responsible for civil RUB with approach road, Minor Bridges, Station Building,*
- *Responsible for all civil work (Traction Sub Station, OHE PSI Depot, Tower Wagon Shed, SP, SSP and Height gauge) EPC of Electrification of Railway lines.*
- *Responsible for all structural works at Minor Bridge, Precast work, formation, Platform, Station Building and Gate lodge)*
- *Familiarity with quality standards and safety procedures.*
