? Hiring: 4G/5G L1 (PHY Layer) Engineer
We're hiring experienced 4G/5G L1 Engineers to work on cutting-edge telecom products.
? Location: Gurugram | Chennai | Bangalore
? Work Mode: Onsite (4–5 Days/Week)
? CTC: Up to 30% Hike on Current CTC
Experience Required:
✔ 12+ Years
Must Have Skills:
✅ LTE & 5G NR Physical Layer (PHY)
✅ DSP, RF & Antenna Technologies
✅ MIMO, Beamforming, Channel Coding (LDPC, Turbo), FFT/IFFT
✅ PHY Algorithms & Real-Time Embedded Systems
✅ C/C++, MATLAB
✅ FPGA/ASIC/GPU Programming
✅ CPRI/eCPRI & L1 Acceleration
✅ Experience in vRAN/O-RAN environments
Responsibilities:
Design & develop LTE/5G PHY Layer features
Optimize latency, throughput & hardware utilization
Debug PHY issues using IQ capture and lab tools
Collaborate with Radio, RF,
L2 and Fronthaul teams
Lead large-scale L1 product development initiatives
