Role: Circle Lead - Litigation

Designation: Manager

Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Law (Skilled) Degree

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of PQE, including minimum of 3 years of practice at Bar;

Working knowledge of Computers;

Preferable Telecom or Infra provider experience

Legal:
- Management of litigation instituted by and against the Company, of different nature, including civil, criminal, consumer, etc., before different Courts, including the High Court, lower courts/ trial courts, consumer courts, etc. which shall, among others, include:
- Collation of relevant facts, data and documents from the relevant stake-holders withing the Company;
- Developing the proposition, drafting and vetting of pleadings;
- Holding conferences and briefing and assisting the counsels;
- Attending the Court hearings etc.
- Managing the counsel fee bills - creation of NFA and processing of Advocate Bills etc. as per the Company’s internal policies and processes;
- Deft handling of disputes and arbitrations, right from notice stage until conclusion.





Management of legal and statutory notices, which shall, among others, include:
- Drafting and issuing of notices on behalf of the Company;
- Drafting and issuing suitable response to the notices addressed to the Company after due diligence of data and relevant information;
- Maintaining soft records and MIS etc. of the litigation and Notices, as per the Company’s internal policies and processes;

Management of Contracts and related documentation, which shall, among others, include:
- Drafting and negotiation of contracts as per business requirements;
- Maintain records/ data archival and MIS as per the Company’s internal policies and processes;
- Supporting business teams in respect of analysis and submission of RFPs, Tender Documents and execution of related documents, undertakings, agreements, etc.
- Due diligence process and end-to-end aquisition of real estate (including leases for Cell Sites, Stores and other premises
