Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the health and performance of the global inverter fleet using SCADA.
- Analyze fleet-wide operational trends, alarms, and event logs to identify recurring issues and reliability concerns.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for inverter failures and support technical investigations with data-driven insights.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI, Python, and Excel.
- Monitor key inverter parameters such as temperature, current, voltage,



fan speed, DC/AC power, and environmental conditions to identify abnormal behavior.
- Identify early warning indicators and support predictive maintenance initiatives using statistical and machine learning techniques.
- Analyze service cases and validate corrective actions through pre- and post-service performance comparisons.
- Collaborate with Service Engineering, Technical Support, Product Engineering to improve fleet reliability and product performance.
- Automate data extraction, cleansing, and reporting processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly fleet performance reports with actionable recommendations.
- Maintain high data quality standards and ensure consistency across multiple data sources.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance fleet monitoring and analytics.
