Role Description

This is a full time role of Project Manager who is responsible for the end-to-end execution of research studies from study setup and vendor coordination through to fieldwork monitoring, quality checks, and final data delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities




- Manage end-to-end execution of quantitative and qualitative research projects across domestic and multi-country studies
- Coordinate with field vendors, panel providers, and translation partners to ensure fieldwork is launched, monitored, and closed on schedule
- Set up and review survey scripts, screeners, and quotas; conduct quality checks before and during fieldwork
- Track fieldwork progress against timelines and budgets, proactively flagging risks or delays to stakeholders
- Prepare and circulate regular fieldwork progress reports to internal teams and clients in clear, accessible language
- Coordinate data cleaning, tabulation, and validation processes ahead of final delivery
- Maintain project documentation including timelines, vendor communication logs, and budget trackers
- Troubleshoot fieldwork issues (low incidence, quota imbalances, data quality flags) and coordinate correc
