Project Head

We are seeking an experienced Project Head / Site Head to lead the

execution of a large-scale SRA redevelopment project in Oshiwara, Mumbai, comprising

approximately 9 lakh sq. ft. of development area, including Rehabilitation Buildings and

Sale Component Towers.

Location: Oshiwara, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for project execution, planning, monitoring, quality, safety, and

timely delivery.
- Lead construction activities for high-rise residential towers up to 120 meters in height.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, statutory authorities, and

project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with SRA regulations, approvals, and project commitments.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, resource planning, and construction quality.
- Lead multidisciplinary site teams and contractors to achieve project milestones.





Mandatory Requirements
- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 20 years of construction experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role as Project Head / Site Head.
- Proven experience in execution of high-rise residential towers of approximately 120

meters or above.
- Mandatory experience in SRA redevelopment projects in Mumbai.
- Experience in handling both Rehabilitation Buildings and Sale Component Towers.
- Solid knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, quality systems,

and statutory compliance.

Preferred
- Experience with reputed Mumbai-based developers.
- Track record of delivering large-scale residential redevelopment projects.
