Experience:
- 6+ years of total experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in GenAi
- Remaining experience in Python development
- Hands on coding experience in Python

Core skills required- Python - Must, Machine Learning, RAG pipelines, AI/LLM Models (Claude, Open AI)

Job Description:

We are hiring an AI Developer with solid expertise in Python, machine learning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The role demands building and deploying production-ready AI solutions using large language models such as Claude, OpenAI, and Llama. The focus is on hands-on development, integration, and deployment of AI applications at scale.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement end-to-end RAG pipelines (embeddings, vector databases, retrievers, ranking)
- Should be able compare and recommend AI ready cloud infra - Say vector DB comparison
- Develop APIs, services, and integration layers to embed AI into enterprise systems.




- Create a model evaluation framework for selected use-case
- Optimize models for scalability, performance, and cost-efficiency.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and DevOps teams to deliver AI-driven features

Qualifications:
- Any engineering graduation
- Strong programming skills in Python; Optional - PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn.
- Experience with RAG pipelines and vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus).
- Hands-on work with Claude, Open AI GPT models, Llama, or equivalent LLMs.
- Solid debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Lang Chain, Llama Index, or similar frameworks.
- Exposure to cloud AI platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure Open AI, GCP Vertex AI).
- Experience in MLOps and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
