Key Responsibilities

Lead multiple large-scale projects from planning to successful handover.

Ensure project delivery within timelines, budgets, quality, safety, and commercial objectives.

Drive project planning, execution, resource allocation, budgeting, and risk management.

Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Finance, Contracts, and Site teams for seamless execution.

Lead Project Managers, Site Engineers, Contractors, Consultants, and Vendors across multiple locations.

Monitor project progress, resolve execution challenges, and implement corrective actions.

Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, government authorities, and key stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, quality,



and safety standards.

Present project status, commercial performance, and execution updates to senior management.

Travel extensively to oversee project execution across India.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)

Master's Degree in Project Management or Structural Engineering will be an added advantage.

Desired Profile

We are looking for a Civil Engineering skilled with 20+ years of experience in EPC, infrastructure, theme parks, public infrastructure, geotechnical engineering, or industrial construction.

The ideal candidate should have:

Proven experience managing multiple large-scale projects.

Strong expertise in project planning, construction management, budgeting, cost control, and stakeholder management.

Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
