Your Main Responsibilities
- Plan and execute elevator and escalator recent installation projects as per timelines and company standards
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal teams for smooth site execution
- Ensure installation quality, safety compliance, and adherence to technical specifications
- Monitor installation progress and resolve site-related issues effectively
- Manage manpower, subcontractors, and installation resources efficiently
- Conduct site inspections and ensure readiness for commissioning
- Drive productivity and maintain installation schedules to meet project deadlines
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and closure of installation activities
- Address non-conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Support handover process and customer satisfaction at project completion
What You Bring
Expertise:
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in elevator/escalator installation
- Strong exposure to new installation projects in the E&E; industry preferred
Knowledge and Skills:
- Sound knowledge of elevator/escalator installation processes and safety standards
- Strong planning, execution, and coordination skills
- Ability to manage teams and subcontractors at site
- Problem-solving approach with customer-focused mindset
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
