Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for design, space planning, and project execution. This role involves developing cutting-edge architectural and interior concepts, preparing technical drawings, creating 3D visualizations, and coordinating with clients and project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural and interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare layouts, working drawings, construction drawings, and detailed design documentation.
- Create 3D models, visualizations, and presentation renders for client approvals.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site execution teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct site visits and support project execution to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture,



and fixtures in line with project requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable standards, quality expectations, and project timelines.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in architecture or interior design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D visualization/rendering software.
- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, construction detailing, and site execution.
- Good knowledge of design principles, technical drawings, and project coordination.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative approach to design.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
