Role Description
The Business Development Officer is a full time, remote role focused on expanding KDK Software’s customer base and strengthening relationships with tax professionals, SMEs, and corporate clients.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, conducting product demonstrations, and presenting tailored solutions that align with client needs. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals, managing the sales pipeline, and tracking performance against revenue and growth targets. The Business Development Officer will engage in regular client communication, gather market and competitor insights, and provide feedback to improve products and customer experience. This position also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, supporting onboarding activities, and representing KDK Software in virtual events, webinars, and partner interactions.
