Job Title: Business Development - Management Consulting in the Education Sector

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn), source & qualify institutional leads, set meetings, deliver discovery conversations and present consulting services to our prospective client segments - school groups, universities, vocational providers, EdTechs, investors, corporates.
- Build and manage a structured pipeline in CRM; meet monthly/quarterly lead and revenue targets.
- Conduct discovery calls, present Eduvisors consulting & managedservices offerings, and work with the Consulting team on proposals/pitch decks.
- Lead RFP responses, commercial negotiations and secure LOIs/contracts; coordinate handover to delivery teams.
- Business development for Transaction Advisory, Corporate Finance, JV/M&A; mandates.
- Track market trends,



competitor activity and funding/transaction signals; share actionable insights.
- Represent Eduvisors at sector events and client meetings with Partners; maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.

Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA/PG in Management, Public Policy, Education Management or Finance preferred.
- 3–6 years of B2B/B2G business development or sales experience - preferably in consultative sales.
- Proven record of institutional sales and closing deals.

Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of India’s education ecosystem (K12, higher ed, skilling, EdTech, investors).
- Consultative selling, presentation, proposal-writing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable with outbound prospecting and stakeholder management at senior levels.
- Familiarity with CRM processes, Google Workspace/Excel and PowerPoint.
- Basic commercial/financial literacy; transaction experience is a plus
