Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose & Repair: Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults in white goods (refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, dishwashers, and microwave ovens).
- Installation: Safely deliver, unpack, level, and connect large home appliances to water, gas, and electrical supplies.
- Customer Service: Interact directly with clients, providing transparent explanations of issues, repair options, warranties, and maintenance tips.
- Parts Management: Accurately identify needed components, manage inventory, and process parts orders via internal ticketing systems. assets.ctfassets.net +2
- Billing & Admin: Provide quotes, process invoices, handle payments, and document all service tickets upon job completion.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
