We are seeking a qualified International Welding Engineer (IWE) / International Welding Technologist (IWT) to lead our welding engineering and quality functions. In this role, you will act as the Responsible Welding Coordinator (RWC), ensuring our manufacturing operations meet stringent global railway standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Welding Coordination: Act as the ultimate authority for welding operations on the shop floor.
- Qualifications & Standards: Review and approve WPS, PQR, and WPQR while managing welder qualifications.
- Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to EN 15085 (railway applications) and ISO 3834 quality standards.
- Quality Assurance: Drive welding quality initiatives and lead technical preparations for customer audits.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid IWE or IWT certification (mandatory).




- Deep technical expertise in EN 15085 and ISO 3834 frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of welding metallurgy for stainless steel, aluminum, and mild steel.
- Proven experience in authoring and validating WPS/PQR.
- Experience 5- 20 years preferred.
