Role Description
As a Business Development Executive at Eds Fusion, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, primarily within the digital marketing and creative services space. On a day-to-day basis, you will research potential clients, generate leads, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and meetings, and present Eds Fusion’s service offerings to decision-makers. You will collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations, follow up on prospects,



and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact to deal closure. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, gathering feedback, and exploring upsell or cross-sell opportunities. This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with a mix of office-based work and some work-from-home flexibility.

Qualifications
- Proven ability in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in digital marketing, advertising, or related services.
- Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels.
- Comfort with lead generation activities, including cold calling, emailing, networking, and using CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, social media, PPC, websites, content, design, video) and ability to explain these to clients in
