Role Description

Holistic Mind Therapy is looking for a dedicated and proactive Human Resources Executive to join our team in a full-time, in office role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations while supporting the complete employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, performance management, engagement initiatives, HR administration,



and policy implementation. The role requires close collaboration with management and clinical teams to build a positive, high-performing, and people-focused workplace aligned with the organization's values.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and facilitate the selection process.
- Conduct reference and background verification where applicable.
- Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees and consultants.

HR Operations & Administration
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with complete confidentiality.
- Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
- Manage attendance, leave records, employee files, and HR databases/HRIS.
- Assist with payro
