We're looking for someone who enjoys interacting with people and believes that exceptional customer experience can make all the difference.

Your Role

You will be the
first point of contact
for our clients and play a key role in ensuring every homeowner has a smooth and premium experience—from booking a consultation to project follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Coordinate and confirm consultation appointments

✅ Communicate with clients before and after meetings

✅ Welcome clients and ensure a premium consultation experience

✅ Prepare meeting documents, welcome kits and follow-up materials

✅ Maintain CRM records and client database

✅ Coordinate with the Founder, marketing team and project team

✅ Collect testimonials, Google reviews and client feedback

We're Looking For Someone Who Is





✔ Excellent in English & Hindi communication

✔ Friendly, skilled and well-organized

✔ Comfortable with Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business and MS Office

✔ Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills

✔ Passionate about creating outstanding customer experiences

Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Experience in customer service, hospitality, front office or client relationship roles will be an added advantage.
